Who was Responsible for the Massacre of the Ahl-ul-Bayt in Karbala?
The Saba'is, i.e., followers of 'Abdullah bin Saba are responsible for the horrible incident in Karbala.
The first strong proof to show this is the testimony of the Ahl-ul-Bayt who were present there. Or, those who were not present there, but because they are Ahl-ul-Bayt. Alternatively, they were living at the time when the incident happened, and they were fully aware of the background and finer details of the incident.
The second proof is the confession of the Saba'is of that time. There are many confessions from them available to study. See Badr-ul-Layali.
However, regret upon regret, there are some amongst the Ahl-us-Sunnah wal Jama'ah that narrate the story of Karbala - they do not accept and believe the testimony of the Ahl-ul-Bayt, nor do they feel that the evidence of the Khayr-ul-Quroon is worthy of any attention. They pay no attention to the confession of the criminals themselves, all the while wearing the noose of following the elegiac Rafidi Abu Mikhnaf Lut bin Yahya around their necks.
In fact, they have taken the thorny accusations of Abu Mikhnaf the Rafidi against the Banu Umayyah Sunni leaders, and garlanded themselves, thinking it to be flowers, in order to beautify themselves. To Allah is our complaint.
