No. He is not a Muslim.

Why?
He is an Ithna Ashari Shia. They are not Muslims.

In the above clip, Khamenei has been recorded sitting without a barrier with females, telling them that Allah spoke on his tongue!
We seek the protection of Allah Ta'ala from such blasphemy. Ameen

I have closely followed societal trends in the past, but now I feel empty of what I would previously experience from my practices as a Muslim, without the frills and fusses of modernism.
