4. This fatwa/statement calls for women to have a prayer space in the main musalla without any barriers.
5. The fatwa/statement further states that this law is agreed upon by all schools of law, both Sunni and Shia. Is this statement endorsing unity between Sunni and Shia?

9. The scholars who invited Omar Suleiman are requested to urgently address this issue with Omar Suleiman and the public so that further fitnah does not pour forth from Omar Suleiman and his Institute.
10. Those who promote Omar Suleiman are requested to provide full clarity on this issue to the public, especially when Omar Suleiman and his South African hosts are engaging in free mixing. They are requested to highlight if this fatwa/statement is based on the Noble Qur'an and Sunnah, or is it based on desires.
11. Is this fatwa/statement in line with the tradition of Islam, or is it rooted in Modernism and Liberalism that seeks to destroy Islam?
12. All 'Ulama who study this fatwa/statement MUST highlight where the controversy lies, with the liberals or the traditional Ulama?
13. Which traditional and classical 'Ulama of Islam endorsed free mixing?
14. The fatwa/statement says that including women in the main musalla is a Sunnah. Where is this Sunnah found? Who initiated this Sunnah? Who established this Sunnah and who taught it?
15. Has Omar Suleiman made Taubah and retracted from the evil of free mixing and promoting it from the Masjid? If not, when will he do so?
