Desires are the only proof that the nafs needs, all other arguments are auxiliary and don't really matter. Young Molvis and mixing with young women.

What a sad and terrible time we live in. There existed a time in Muslim history where an academic issue would be based purely on the proofs and evidences. Based purely on the academics of what is good for the Muslim and for the Ummah. Two Ulama would differ, they would discuss their differences and then they would both follow what the proof was clearly in favour of, despite their desires.
But the desires of the nafs have damned that approach to destruction. Today it is only desires that dominate.

So, this is the trend with the evil Ulama, who are given to their passions, in today's world:

They know what is right and what is wrong based on the evidences and proofs they learnt and studied. They then end up slipping up and committing a sin. Then that sin becomes normalized in their lives and they lose any feeling of guilt towards it, perhaps even finding some stupid justification for it. Or perhaps their starting line to destruction is their pursuit of fame or wealth, as we have seen so many times...

Then they rightfully face criticism over the sin that they are committing which threatens their reputation and legitimacy as a scholar. Instead of doing the right thing and making tawbah for their error, their egos do not allow for that. Rather they start to shun such criticism as being from people who are: "narrow minded, have blinkers, do not understand the reality on the ground, do not know how to work with wisdom" and whatever other dumb slogan or name they can throw at people criticizing them legitimately for their open and public wrong. 

When this becomes too much for them, they - if they have the capacity to do so - write an "academic treatise" filled with "proofs" which justifies their wrong. Then this deceptive misinformation and misrepresentation of academics creates doubts and confusion in the hearts of the masses who do not have the academic training to see through the deception. Leading the masses to fatigue and confusion and a don't care attitude. 

Then these critics must just have "tolerance" and "focus on what matters" and stop "fighting over differences of opinions" because it is creating disunity in the Ummah. Now the criminals and open sinners can continue in their sin, shielded from criticism, with doors to evil that were closed since the time of the Sahabah now opened forever more in the guise of differences of opinion that cannot be criticized - even though the difference is misguidance and based on no proof except deceit and misinformation. It is not legitimate difference of opinion. 

So just see how the doors to fitnah are opened. How evil Ulama that are given to their desires corrupt the Dīn and cause confusion. What a shame and how sad!

Mixing between men and women was always known to be ḥarām. The corruption of this first comes from Muslim institutions and organizations where it is normalized, then the rest plays out as above.

I am not an old man myself, and I know very well what will go through my heart if I am surrounded by young women and i see them and interact with them. The fitnah of this is obvious to any man with testosterone, any claim of not having desire brings into question a person's manliness or his heterosexuality. 

If mixing between men and women was allowed as some Molvis and their fans would love to argue, then please ask those people to put their wives and daughters also on display for other predatory men to prey on and ogle. The reality is that they have more value for their own womenfolk than they do the womenfolk of the Ummah.
The academics behind this issue are very clear as is brilliantly written by Mufti Zameelur Rahman. But the academics ultimately do not matter, because people will follow their desires and their knowledge will be subservient to their desires. Even these words of mine will be shunned and ignored, cast aside with claims of but he this, and they that... we all know what is right and what is wrong in this case, if our hearts have taqwa and imaan.

How much longer until all of the bricks from the house of Islam are broken down following the same procedure? How much has this already been done? All because people do not want to separate themselves from the women of others... What a shame...

We really do not need any deep academics, despite it being there; to show us the harms. The same time that the pro-gender mixing booklet was released a certain satanic tajweed teacher from the USA, who was teaching women openly, was arrested for child pornography. I myself have heard of a case where in a Muslim majority area in South Africa a 12-year-old girl student is pregnant by some man teaching her! 

This is a wakeup call to all of the Muslim schools and some maktabs where gender mixing is a norm. Where young men are teaching high school girls in schools and maktabs. Be honest to yourselves and to Allah.
