Methodology of Modernists Destroys Islam & Imaan


 

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah radiyallahu anhu reports that Rasulullah sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam said, "Disputing in the Noble Qur'an is Kufr." [Ahmad, Abu Dawud]

Explanation: 'Disputing' in this report means that taking the ayaat of the Noble Qur'an and clashing them with each other, in order to fulfil one's desires, and one resorts to baseless interpretations for them, or, he or she leaves out one ayat, and accepts another, is Kufr. [Taudihaat vol.1 p.465]

It seems as though the hadith and the explanation coincides fully with the methodology of the modernists and deviant scholars, as they are the ones who have studied the Noble Qur'an. They are so low and filthy, that they take something sacred and twist it, turn it, and contort it, to make it fit their whims and desires. Astaghfirullah! 

Sufyan rahimahullah reports that Sayyiduna Umar bin Al-Khattab radiyallahu 'anhu said to Sayyiduna Ka'b radiyallahu 'anhu, "Who is a person of 'ilm?" Sayyiduna Ka'b radiyallahu 'anhu said, "Those who practice according to their 'ilm." Sayyiduna Umar bin Al-Khattab radiyallahu 'anhu said, "What takes out the 'ilm from the hearts of the 'Ulama?" He said, "Greed." [Darimi]

Explanation: Greed is such a calamity that stops a person from fulfilling the demands of 'ilm. When the heart is filled with acquisition of the world and greed, then how can such a person speak the truth? When he will hide the truth, then the light of 'ilm and its honor will leave his heart. [Taudihaat vol.1 p.485]

Ziyaad bin Hudayr rahimahullah reports that Sayyiduna Umar bin Al-Khattab radiyallahu 'anhu said to me, "Do you know what destroys the building of Islam?" I said, "I do not know." Sayyiduna Umar bin Al-Khattab radiyallahu 'anhu said, "The slip of the 'Alim, a hypocrite arguing in the Book of Allah, and the instructions of the deviant Imams destroys the building of Islam."
