Advice for 'Ulama by Moulana Husain Ahmad Madani rahimahullah
"Firmly secure your hands, your heart, and your tongue with ikhlaas (sincerity), lillaahiyyat (working only for Allah Ta'ala), taqwa (righteousness), and khashiyyat (fear of Allah Ta'ala). This is what Qasimiyyat, Rasheediyyat, and Imadaadiyyat is all about. The raging and violent winds of the times will blow, the waves of the ocean will come crashing against you, the tremors of your desires will shake you up, but you will need to be firm like the Himalayan Mountains. Don't pay attention to it at all and bravely move forward.
If Mawlana Qaasim Nanotwi rahimahullah was able to go to the extent of massaging the feet of others in order to bring them onto the line of Deen, then his successors should not feel ashamed to do the same, nor should they feel apprehensive. With correct steps and true wisdom, once again, bring alive the ways and teachings of our Akaabir (pious predecessors)."
