  1. The Fiqh Council of North America issued a fatwa/statement on 6 October 2021 on the inclusion of women in the Masajid. This fatwa/statement calls for women to have a prayer space in the main musalla without any barriers.  5. The fatwa/statement further states that this law is agreed upon by all schools of law, both Sunni and Shia. Is this statement endorsing unity between Sunni and Shia? 6. When this is the case, no one should speak about him (the innovator), so that mention of him dies out, and his matter does not gain prominence.  Hence, it is learnt that it is permitted for the 'Ulama, in fact, it is compulsory upon them to mention the defects of this person to the people, and to stop them ( the people) from taking from him."
