  And [mention, O Muḥammad], when Musa said to his people, "O my people, why do you harm me while you certainly know that I am the messenger of Allāh to you?" And when they deviated, Allāh caused their hearts to deviate. And Allāh does not guide the defiantly disobedient people.   And [He revealed] that the Masjids are for All ā h, so do not invoke with All ā h anyone. [Surah al-Jinn: 18] [They are] those who have been evicted from their homes without right – only because they say, "Our Rabb is All ā h." And were it not that All ā h checks the people, some by means of others, there would have been demolished monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques in which the name of All ā h is much mentioned [i.e., praised]. And All ā h will surely support those who support Him [i.e., His cause]. Indeed, All ā h is Powerful and Exalted in Might.
