Modernists are Recyclers
Modernists have no qualms about voicing their hatred for Allah Ta'ala, Rasulullah sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam, the pure teachings of Islam, and dedicated Muslims. They present their flawed arguments aimed at destroying the foundations of Islam in a sweet tone, but become aggressive and disrespectful, to the point of bigotry when others don't seem to 'get it'.
If we analyze their attitude and ways, we come to understand that their responses, ways, and even language matches that presented by the disbelievers, heretics, and deniers of the Ambiya'. They blurt out 'harsh', 'extreme', 'backwards', 'khariji', 'stone-age', 'malicious', and other vile words in order to hurt the hearts of sincere Muslims and traditionalists, whereas true Muslims only desire the protection of Islam and presentation of the reality in line with the blessed Sunnah.
Modernists and liberals, on the other hand, are fed with heresy, or they trumpet the heresy themselves, thinking that their works are pleasing the masses, so it must be 'good' and 'acceptable'. Most often, modernists and liberals have no strong grounding in traditional Islamic studies, but push ahead with modernization and liberalization of Islam, based on their whims, desires, and studies done in colleges and universities.
Hereunder, we present, from the Noble Qur'an, the responses that were given to the Ambiya' 'alayhim as-salam. Study them carefully, and see how the responses of modern day liberals match them, perfectly. In essence, they recycle the responses given to the previous Ambiya' 'alayhim as-salam.
Sincere and genuine Muslims not need to worry too much, as the responses from these liberals and modernists are clear signs pointing out precisely who is treading the path of the Ambiya', and who is treading the path of the hypocrites and disbelievers.
May Allah Ta'ala save us and our progeny from falling for the heresy pumped out so vigorously by the liberals and modernists. Ameen

3. They said, "O Shu'ayb, we do not understand much of what

among the liars. [26:186]

1. And the eminent among the people of Pharaoh said, "Will you
leave Musa and his people to cause corruption in the land and
abandon you and your gods?" [Pharaoh] said, "We will kill
their sons and keep their women alive; and indeed, we are
subjugators over them." [7:127]
Sayyiduna Muhammad Rasulullah sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam:
1. You are not, [O Muhammad], by the favor of your Lord, a
madman. [68:2]
2. And your companion [i.e., Sayyiduna Muhammad sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam] is not [at
all] mad. [82:22]
