The name of Sayyidunā Ibrāhīm ‘alayhi as-salām is being used widely to promote Interfaith. Let us stop for a moment to reflect if this ascription to him holds true or not, and whether Muslims can entertain such an idea or concept. Participants of an interfaith gathering or meeting or prayer take part in the event under the pretext that the deities worshipped by other religions are also true and that their religions are also valid.
